The event takes place at the massive Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam South-East. The exact address is: De Passage 100, 1101 AX Amsterdam.
If you’re going to travel to the Ziggo Dome by public transport, make sure to plan your trip beforehand. The closest station to the Ziggo Dome is ‘Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA’ which is just a five minute walk from the venue. There are also night buses available from the station ‘Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA’. Night trains run hourly from ‘Amsterdam Centraal Station’. For more information, please check the website www.ov9292.nl.
Car & Parking
If you are visiting us by car, please use De Passage 100 as the navigation address. There are plenty of parking possibilities around the Ziggo Dome. You can enter and leave the different parking areas four hours before and two hours after the show.
You are allowed to bring a digital camera or a GoPro camera; professional equipment is not allowed. However, if you want to bring a professional camera to the event you must obtain press accreditation. It is not allowed to bring a selfie stick or tripods to the event.
DLDK works with a zero-tolerance policy. This means no soft- and hard drugs are allowed. If drugs are found on or with you, you may be handed over to the police. We encourage you to visit our partner’s website Celebrate Safe for more information about partying safely!
After you pre-registered, you will be able to buy Early Bird Tickets (€47 ex fee) before the official ticket sale starts. You will receive an e-mail once the sale starts, please keep in mind that this e-mail may end up in your spam folder.
Some e-mails of our ticketing providers could end up in your spam inbox. If you already checked your spam inbox and still not received a confirmation e-mail, please contact the relevant ticket provider where you have purchased your ticket. Include your booking reference number and full name when you contact the ticket provider. Our official ticket providers are Paylogic and Festicket.
DLDK works with a non-refund policy and therefore it is not possible to refund the ticket.
Only in case of a cancellation/postponement of the event because of COVID-19, you will either be able to receive a refund (service fee not included) or you can choose to support DLDK and receive a voucher for the next edition.
All ticket buyers from Paylogic and Festicket received an e-mail with more information. Check your spam filter if you didn’t receive it yet.
If you would like to keep your tickets for our next edition in 2022, you do not have to do anything. Your order will automatically be valid for the next edition, hooray!
If you would like to apply for a refund (excluding service fee) or a (partial) donation please click on the URL which you received in the e-mail. The deadline for refund requests is March 6, so make sure to fill out the form on time. After this date, your order will be valid for the next edition in 2022. Refunds will be processed on April 6th of this year latest.
